I have to believe that someone is going to steal this company for nothing sometime within the near future. The problem is at is current rate of descent, a buy-out at $10 one month from now will be a 100% premium to the expected $5 stock price.

DO got hit, but did anyone notice Atwood(ATW)? Down over 3 pts.
which is a little over 13% on no news that I could see, and volume
was only slightly above normal. If this stock was in any sector
except oil service, one could possibly expect a rebound tomorrow,
but not here.
