Brees, If NHSA does close the deal then I see the common @$1-2 based on 1997 revenues of $26M (US) and a total dillution of 25-30M shares.

IMHO

PS I think we will see a spike if the deal is closed, ML has to buy P, Ws, and possibly common if DF found to have taken illeagally.

Brees, we are all hanging on by our fingernails. If and when we can find out EXACTALY what is being liquidated by the L. Trust, we might know what to think. Remember, the purpose for a Liquidating Trust is to LIQUIDATE assets not accumulate.

I sure agree with you on the money angle. We all need it to survive unless you can find someone willing to take beads and rocks. I could come up with rocks but the beads would be tough. :o)

This is not directed at you Brees: Some folks are sitting on their hands waiting for the god's (Pierce and his mouth pierce Gary) to speak and some are digging and sifting through the ashes of a company that once held such high hopes based on what we were fed. Some are still waiting at the trough and others have moved on to graze and seek information from other sources.

Like the man said, folks do what folks got to do.
