Dougr, IFCIW redemption is old news. 1.3M dilution should be fully discounted. Today's press is just a standard grace period to allow paperwork to clear on trades thru the 18th. I suppose, even though fully discounted, it could take The Street a little while to absorb the new $5.50 shares; but I wouldn't expect any drastic move because of the warrants. Once The Street absorbs these new shares however, IFCI's funnymentals will be a lot better since the warrant overhead will be gone. IMHO...Alski
