Style Writer. What press release are you reading? All cash? Where did this information come from, the press release today said the purchase price, but not the details. And USXP owns Skynet? Not yet, the release said "The final closing is expected shortly..." Although I appreciate your enthusiasm, let's try to stay on this planet. This is a move in the right direction Style, but it is not yet in the bag. Steve
