As I posted last week, I consider myself a venture capitalist with DGIV, because until we have financials and are listed the stock price is fairly meaningless. All a bid at 2 29/32 or whatever means is that the MM is telling me "I sold some stock at a much higher price and am taking a paper loss. Would you be willing to sell me some shares at 2 29/32?" When the real money comes into this stock, which will not be until after financials are announced, they will still be saying the same thing, but at a much higher price and they may even be begging :-)
