It was just about the exact time that I just happen to call as the press release was coming out. Jack answered the phone after it rang for a bit. The gist of it was they were all resigning because of the bunch that that had done the ICVI deal with had taken them and that the ICVI bunch had 6 lawsuites pending against them. He said they were going to start over and offer some sort of deal to the loyal MTEI shareholders in the future for shares in their new company. Sorry can't remember it too detailed into what he was saying. I just understood Mtei was ending and they'd come out with something new in the future with some special deal with MTEI shareholders. I got the feeling he just threw in the towel, and wanted to start over. Major Tom
