I do not think we need VVUS to do anything in this case, If we can find the published papers or even a pre submission, we can just email it to all the authors we can get our hands on. I think their curiousity itself will make them call VVUS and request additional information on it. This is still a pretty hot topic and I would think a lot of authors would jump at the chance to report something like this for any newpaper. Remember, the early bird gets the worm..
