Peter: There are many such examples. However in the case of CS, it is involved with technology that has a very short half life and fierce competition. To succeed in this enviro, you need to have some distinctive quality that is a standout. It could be Customer Service, Reliability or Quality of products. Proof that they have any such distinctions will be an increase of revenue. If revenue increases, I would agree that a turn around is just a matter of time. On the other hand declining Sales is usually a fore runner of declining valuations. That can be worrisome.!
