Thread, re: iMac If we assumed the iMac becomes very successful in the Segment0 market, any thoughts on who get's impacted? (Of course it will be some time before iMac's success is known. And I refer to Segment0 since the machine includes a monitor). I don't think these machines are targeted so much at Apple devotee's, but at newbee's who want to get on the net easily. Job's made a big point of this on CNBC. Claimed it was the fastest PC for the net, (faster than a PII/450). Never really explained what that meant, and the CNBC anchors were also confused by the statement after Steve left.
