To all:

I have personally worked with Kevin Fallon when he headed up All-Control Systems, one of the companies that was bought up by TAVA. All-Control Systems is a reputable control systems integrator, which I personally am aware has done some excellent work for Nabisco and other reputable companies, where I was a control systems engineer. I can personally attest to Mr. Fallon's character and to TAVA's capabilities.

In no way, shape, or form is TAVA a fraudulent stock promotion firm. I support TAVA 1000% in going after Mr. Wexler for slander, libel, etc., as in my opinion and belief Mr. Wexler has no basis for his claims. In my opinion, the only hype here is Mr. Wexler's. If the SEC is investigating Mr. Wexler's activities, I support that as well.
