Hello Peter Democracy may not be perfect but think of the alternatives. (WC) The UN serves a necessary purpose, just as a committee does in municipal politics,... but try and get anything done?! Forget it. Better they should talk with each other than throw bombs, but the benevolent bully that is the U.S. of A. , although no other country other than GB will admit it, is still appreciated when it comes down to the short strokes. God forbid though if the US was not benevolent, as the UN sure as hell couldn't and wouldn't do anything about them. Europe 1936 - 1943... Regards
