Larry,

I think whether Clinton will speak before the nation tonight depends entire on how the questioning goes. He doesn't have all of the pieces of Starr's evidence against him at his disposal, but he will most certainly be able to glean from the questions posed to him how much dirt he has.

If he does any type of address, I think it will be a basic, "I have fulfilled my obligation to the Grand Jury, I have testified fully and truthfully, blah, blah, blah. Maybe a bit of the "our marriage has had problems, I have caused pain. (though I doubt it if Hillary has anything to say about it)
