Chuca, The good news as far as the stock price is concerned could be the fact that by number there are not that many share holders of Maxam. As long as they do not resort to much more dilution of shares than I would anticipate that the pressure on the stock should be held to a minimum. Exceptance, extraction and investor confidence will always be key for maintaining share holder value. Confidence is currently running at a low at this current time IMHO. There are things that can improve this and hopfully everyone at Maxam will figure out how to accomplish that task as it will benifit all in the long term. Chuck
