Solution, I do have a limited position in it, as I have some now worthless calls. I reduced my exposure by selling my stock and buying some calls. In this way, if news comes out, I have an interest. If things continue to go poorly with the price, then I have a defined loss.

If you review my prior posts, I was most interested in SKYC for the ACTEL deal. With each passing day that no ACTEL news came out, I felt the chance of the deal taking place (at least until Sept) was less and less.

I have no opinion on SKYC without the ACTEL deal. Break-even, on an EBITDA basis without the ACTEL deal is still about a year away. With the ACTEL deal it is immediately upon us. I thought that made SKYC much more attractive.

On top of the ACTEL deal becoming less likely to happen (though I have not ruled it out), the small-caps have been acting very poorly. In light of that, I thought it would be better to have my bigger money into the larger caps, or spread out in a number of smaller stocks which would make it easier to liquidate quickly.

As you may know, I have most of my money in CD, now.

I'm still following SKYC closely, but for now I'll be happy with my worthless calls that I know could become valuable at any time, assuming we get good news one of these days.

I hope this helps. Again, I'm out because I'm not so sure the ACTEL deal will happen.

SKYC: $ 7.25b
