Some biotechs do this too when they get an FDA turndown. TSQD was a special case a surrogate for DRIV which was essentially unavailable. DRIV didn't open as planned so TSQD dropped. The extent of the drop surprised me. I didn't think we would see these levels except if DRIV was delayed. But it is a different ballgame now and I think we will be happy some time in the future.
