I am afraid that I do not have the answer to your questions. I would however point out that should the delisting occur it may create an incredible buying opportunity. Shares of wavx are a prime example. It was delisted - fell through the floor and then made an incredible recovery. Just food for thought.

NASDAQ Delisting of NCTI.....

Merely eight (8) more days before NCTI *must* make it to $1.00.
