As per my conversation with Gary: The following is how I recalled the conversation, please do your own DD:

Audit:

Spoke to his auditor last week and it is expected to be completed in Sept. Although Gary was not happy with this, there is nothing he can do about it. Tough to come up with figures when a 20,000,000 non registered share issue has yet to be resolved. But he was confident , as per his auditor, that it would be completed in Sept 98
