Ted,
Here is how you do it! Go to the SIE Information Exchange site on the net and sign up for sample newsletters for a small fee. Choose some letters and you are on the list. Use a fake first name so you can track the calls from SIE. To be a "qualified" investor you need about $150,000 in the market, tell them whatever you want but the more the better. The calls start coming. Please post the calls to Cold Call Brokers thread on SI Subject 20251 We can discuss the brokers and the stocks. Some are too small to short but most are stocks that can be shorted and the broker is dumping shares because he has better information than the rest of the market. Think back about the cold calls you may have received and how the stocks performed.
