vlad...milestone terms for the lease equiptment loan may have nothing to do with milestone payments from Astra or Janssen.
They most likley have to do with production levels and sales limits set by the 'financial company ' doing the financing.

Also the cost of the plant in Ireland can be financed thru Cash flow,
the $25 mill on hand after the 2nd qtr, additional line of credit,
etc.

Remember....this company has no debt.
A similar deal can be done upfront in Ireland...instead of forking out the cash to get new equiptment it can be financed the same way.

The Irish government in an effort to produce local jobs, etc will help in various ways to offset the cost of the new factory.

Also the future plant may be less expensive for a variety or reasons,
lessons learned in building the NJ plant, design work, etc.
