Ron,

There always seem to be one damn thing after another. This BK thing is one big pain in the ass. Are you sure about Margaret being listed as his wife?

Ron, I pulled this off of Yahoo. It was posted by Card_shark

I just spoke with Colin. All systems go for the plan
for a mid week announcement with a followup conference call. Regarding the Bankruptcy. It was his father. His step-mothers name is Margeret, his wife's name is Lordis. He is going after Monski with all guns blazing. He has already contacted his attorney, and I will be getting all the info that I have as well. Regarding the PP. He does in fact have a standby line of credit with warrants attached. As of this time he has not drawn down any, but he will not shut the door on this standby deal. He is having the company's attorney send me a copy, I will have more details then. Apparently the warrants "float" with the stock price with a floor of about $2.25. If the stock goes higher, adjustments are made upwards on exercise price. He entered into this aggreement several months ago, but as of yet he has not had to draw on it. His comment to me was very simply: While people might have bitched about the last 504 for the million dollars, by getting that money when he did, he was able to add several cents per share fully diluted to the company's last quarters results by adding the Polaris line. He has zero interest in doing anything that will not add significantly to the value of the Company. Period end of sentence. Until I get the actual offering memo, I really have said all I know about the subject. So please don't waste all our times asking anything futher on it. When I get it, I will attempt to fill in the blanks. By the way, we just added another goody to the "plan".

He also posted this:(the title sentence has been cut off) About talking to Kennedy Capitol,,,

Kennedy capitol. He does not keep up at all as to the yahoo board and was not aware of the happenings of the last few days. When I started to talk about the Bankruptcy, he interupted me and said that it was Colin's father that went BK, not Colin. He said this before I could tell him.

He told me that he had received an anonymouse phone call about a month ago from someone who said he was a Dallas CPA and had been working with GW. This individual gave him a whole littany of things that were negative about the Company which in turn proved to be ALL wrong. One of the items was the Alvis Colin Smith bankurptcy. He told Kennedy that he would not be a party to this scam company and that KC should get out of the stock immediatly.

Ron,
Instead of polluting this web with your negative garbage, such as what's Colin's wife's name, why don't you just call him (254) 776-3999 and ask him. Do you have the intestinal fortitude to do that??? I've owned tgsk stock since February and have spoken to Colin a number of times. He's never once yelled, screamed or foamed from the mouth during any of my conversations with him. So what do you think Ron, do you have what it takes to actually pick up the phone and talk to Colin to express your concerns??? As far as you buying back in, who really cares???????
