Something to ponder... I covered my short on TAVA a week or two ago. 30% gain in 30 days(good enough for me!). I almost went long when it went under $5. After seeing joe.TokyoMex back on the TAVA thread I knew I should have taken that gamble!(Short term at least) The level of contradiction on the TAVA thread is terminal. On one side we see a plethora of 8-K's touting 'contracts' from large companies which have not yet shown any demonstrable effect on earnings. Delayed..delay...soon... We also have the 4mil debenture. I also wonder where they have hired all their new employees. I'm having trouble hiring people with little experience in a technical field for less that 40k.. and they have hired how many? (plus options I'm sure!) On the other side we see Y2K. Yes it is an issue, I personally don't think it's as large as our modern media would make us think, but it is real(I think personally not as much for embedded systems...but that does not matter). And also on this side we have the 'contracts' from large companies, which may show revenue! Confused? me too... Earnings should be out in a Month (Sept 12? or something) My "GUT" feeling is that TAVA is back in a "PUMP" mode. The recent JJ 'interview' looks like controlled hype. My prediction?? Just a guess.. but I see TAVA going up in anticipation/hype. Only the next earnings will tell us for sure. That is why I am out(any maybe short term long). just some thoughts.
