Tim,
I don't hold any shares, even though I think it's a possible takeover. My friend made a lot of money out of this stock at first but he got in latter at a much lower price and is now holding at an imaginable price (4 7/16 bid / 4 1/2 ask). If I get in, it's only for a few days. I like to be in cash most of the time and get in (long or short) when I see a good opportunity. I see it in BCU (long) and that's why I'm following it closely.
Marty

Have you kept your annual meeting proxy report? I would like to know who are the major competitors of BCU. How do they stand in terms of cost of production? Do you know if their current capital projects are technology upgrades or capacity increases? Washington Post article on ICF Kaiser said that one contract in which ICF had a loss was an BCU project. I will be calling company to get some info and will keep you posted of anything interesting I find out. Thanks.
