Alan, I got the dividend, then last Tuesday/Wednesday morning, my broker with Merrill Lynch called and said that they were taking it back. I have called corporate at Merrill Lynch - they said that the company has not issued the shares. I called the transfer agent - they said that the company has not issued the shares. I called Wayne Duke/Mark Pierce. Left a message. Wanted to know the status of the shares. Merrill Lynch also told me something else (kinda stupid) that I need to verify with Mark Pierce. So far, no returned calls.

Alan, I have yet to get confirmation of my split shares. I don't plan on seeing the these until a registration can be done to issue more. That will take a shareholder vote or somebody acquiring over 50% of the current OS shares.

One question Alan, you live in Dallas area, did you ever go and check out the company and talk to Fisher and Spriggs?
