Justa,

Regarding SFAM, would you, as other informed individuals have posted, agree that it is too late to sell SFAM, and too early to buy?

Thank you.

re: "DRAM overcapacity is the killer."

Not if you're looking to upgrade your computer memory. I just put in 64 meg more; the difference is noticeable.

Best wishes,

I2

Justa,

I2: I will speculate based on Brinker's commentary that he has held at
least some TER through the downturn and so I do not think it is a new
position. But based on his previous statements, I believe NVLS is a new position for him as of the week prior to his last broadcast if he even still has it. Be warned that Brinker is a heavy trader of these stocks.

Great points as always. Personally, I have followed Bob's dollar cost average approach in this sector since 1996.

I just got off a call with SFAM, and they have six months visibility and they do not see a recovery yet. Nothing has changed. They continue to troll along the bottom. DRAM overcapacity is the killer. This downturn is going to take more time. This is not a 1996 "V" recovery. The tone of the call was downright depressing. My source even chided the sell side analysts for their recent positive statements.

Thanks for the information, particularly the last two sentences.
