Michael, I didn't see that much of the tape, but there were some large blocks (25K and up) that I suspect were AGN on on side and a big boy taking advantage of a very favorable situation on the other.

Michael, I don't think that the 10-K filed last week had anything new about dilution. From what I hear, the portion of the 10-K that reiterated the fact that LGND had sufficient revenue sources though 1999 was correct (and not new).

At Schwab the Lignad shares from the SRGN conversion were not in my account and I could not trade them.
