Frank, Speaking of more productive territories, here we go... I just got off a conference call with Gary and Mark Pierce. According to Mark, the final draft is complete for the acquisition. Chris is due in from Athens on Thursday night, and they hope to have the deal closed by the weekend. The delay, he said, was due to details that had to be worked out, mostly concerning flight and travel plans for Chris. He did not elaborate. As far as the Bahamas goes, there is nothing to report, so maybe Dusty or Jim or somebody who communicates with Dan Fisher can help us there. Mark reiterated to me on the phone that Gary has received no compensation of any kind, either in the form of cash, stock, private placement, or anything else. He said he was still talking with John Spriggs, but did not elaborate on that either. He said he is working very hard, and while he has done a lot, there is still a lot to be done. When asked about the split shares, he said that those would be addressed in the near future. Now, please, that is ALL THAT WAS SAID, and he SAID NO MORE. Please do not ask me a million questions, because that is ALL he had to say. Take it for what you will. :-) Binder

Frank, I am not two faced, I discovered I made a very big mistake; just as many others did and I fully intend to find out why it happened and what can be done about it; if anything. Do you think the shareholders should continue to be kept in the dark without answers? There is another motive for your insane cut and paste routines. There are others on this thread who feel they too make a mistake and are seeking answers and information. It is time all truth is exposed whatever it be; the shareholders have a right to this. I would think you would want to examine the company as well as any and all connected to it. Your actions are tiresome and obvious to all. It is obvious you have few if any communication skills to draw on. But, why you choose to show your own ignorance is beyond me. WHY, the personal vendetta against me? hummm? I suggest it is because I am the most diligent in pursuing matters; is that it? What are you afraid of me uncovering or posting? Maybe, you are afraid I may turn my attentions to you and find something you would rather not have disclosed? I don't know what your problem is but you do appear to have one. Frank, not that you will understand this but I am a person who when I believe in something, puts my whole heart and soul behind it; just as a the whole bunch of shareholders did on this thread. So what's the deal here. I don't see you replaying their posts? Well we all found out we were lied to and now we want answers. If this bothers you and you can not handle it; don't read what I post. It is kind of like the knob on the boob tube; it can be turned to a new channel or in this case thread. Dusty
