We both agree that the Q has a tremendous advantage in their research and devlopment since they have been researching CDMA technology since 92 (is that correct, or was it 89?) Integration is where, I believe, it will take the Europeans a while. Getting the CDMA to work in a system environment will be tricky. However, to implement CDMA on a patent, all one has to do is mention it!

Take a look at US Patent Class 455 Sub 300+. Those are patents for system implementation of wireless communications. No nuts and bolts, just block diagram design!
