I find it interesting that Gore is considered a "techno nerd" by the media and the Democrats. Mr. Clinton is a highly intelligent man, but very much a "people" person, a right brainer, as any good politician should be. Not the technical type, but very good at what he is.
Mr. Gore is more of a mystery. I have followed him for years, and have come to the conclusion that he is a bit on the dull side, and I mean the "dull" as both boring and not very smart. On technical issues he can read books and parrot back what he reads, but can't distinguish between good science and bad science, and has no ability to draw intelligent conclusions from contradictory arguments. Once he does decide, he becomes a true believer, completely blind to new information, substituting passion for intelligence. One gets the feeling that if he had to make a living in the stock market, he would soon be broke.
