If it stops trading...meaning no buyers...im lead to believe...you take it as a loss....if it ever starts again...the gain is 100%...ask someone more knowledgeable......it's new ground...but i have heard of similar cases.......Tim

Where the company is flat "out of business" you can take your entire investment as a loss in figuring net capital gains. Or I sure am going to. Right now I would have to pay more in brokerage fees then I'd get from the stock lol...not really funny though :((
