Oh, Chrissy! Indifference is Indifference. Agreed. But Love is PASSION and Hate is PASSION. So, if Indifference is the opposite of PASSION, Indifference is the opposite of Love (and Hate). Do a schematic. Make it a circle. Start with positive values, from the top right, that's Bliss, Love. Joy. Awe. Then work down the right side, Like, Admire, Trust, Gooey...at the bottom comes Indifference. Work up the left side, Distrust, Doubt, Dislike, Suspect...at the top is Hate. The most extreme PASSIONS are at the top. The least at the bottom. Love, Hate's opposite, and Hate, the two most PASSIONATE of all are together. Though opposed. And Fear fits in there somehow - on the left side, up high. Now if you did one of those on Sensible and Inane, this note would come quite close to the top - on the Inane side. The speech, also, has bothered me. I feel sleep will be a difficult achievement this night. You've been ignoring me, George
