As I watch this debacle unfold further into the nether, I am struck by the *fact* that MTEI usually has more posts than the active stocks I watch. I have been wondering, what if..... ? Scott has a very proactive idea and to me would easily be worth an allocation of some time to determine its feasibility. If it did work out it would possibly produce a return not unlike the return received by the original diehards left over from Christenson's ICVI, LUMA et al. Albeit more on the up & up when done honestly. However, there's another aspect to this situation that could probably be driven by the sheer angst of thinking these bastards are sitting in the Cayman's with all your hard-earned dough. For all the collective shares, not to mention the attendant dollars, wouldn't it be wise to assemble the group, many more than 100 if my memory is accurate, get a consensus on a budget, say maybe $250 each, and use the funds with a high profile law firm to reach the following two objectives? 1. Determine the merits of selling the company as a reverse merger candidate. ...ú Are there any assets in the current structure? ...ú If so, can these assets be turned into cash so-as-to further finance this investigative .....process? (Maybe even get the seed $250 returned?) ...ú How many shares are really issued? ...ú Where are all these shares. ...ú How clean is the MTEI shell? ...ú Will it revert back to the ICVI shell? ...ú Etc. 2. With the proactive aspect being checked out, find out the following; (Now the fun ....part, if there is to be anything fun about this.) ...ú Is there a nexus, (linkage/connection,) between Christenson, Gort and Guttman? By .....the way, way back when I spoke to Guttman, he touted me onto EDII. (JU, swore .....to me he was involved with ICVI only from April forward.) ...ú How does Mark Tow figure into this scenario and what is his entry timing? ...ú If there is criminal activity, and we all believe there is, how do you go about .....converting suspicion into enough proof of this activity into *grand jury indictments?* ...ú And lastly, (maybe should be first,) determine the personal liability of these attendant .....players, and if possible *seize their assets.* It would appear to me that $250 would be a small sum to pay to make these determinations. The first thing necessary is to find a law firm with *outstanding credentials* and use them as the vehicle to assemble the funds from the appropriate parties to this action. God knows there is an abundance of pit bull firms that are very knowledgeable in this type of work. I wouldn't doubt that some already have internal systems in place to facilitate your specific, and probably not that unusual, situation. This has happened before and will happen again. You do need to move quickly. The trail is probably being covered as we speak. Good Luck Rich
