Thank you for all your responses,, the vote in the end was not about President Clinton, rather it was about us...

I find as you will.. that .. people voting both Ais or Nays ,, both are responsible, caring and opionated..

We will have a small rally .. inbetween Clinton address and European sigh of relief.. still Russia and China looks gloomy ,,

S. Korea , second largest note holder to Russia..( Like Germans for Berlin Wall,, S. Korea gave Russians billions,, to get their vote for UN admission and OECD ststus ) are dying as rest of Asia is rallying.. Nikkei up a cautionary 289 points,,Europe up huge, especially Greece, who has a very close ties with US business...
