Is any workplace relationship "harassment"? Even a consensual relationship between a superior and subordinate? No, not ANY, but in a FEDERAL workplace, YES. The rule was covered quite extensively on FOX news a couple days ago, and apparently people have been fired for just that type of "harrassment". You do know that the military code of ethics does not apply to civilian life, no? Did I say anything about the military? No. (Even though it might not apply, in the case of the Commander-In-Chief, I personally think it should.) I don't think watergate was about a simple burglary... do you? No, I don't. And Starr's investigation is not about sex.
