The 10Q's usually have anything and everything that can and could go wrong, every company does it. If we find something not in there and it goes wrong well the factory caught on fire and they could not manufacture enough products there by missing estiamtes well we can sue them for it since they did not say that would be a factor.. (just giving the shorts some ideas here). But when there are things in there like due to manufacturing problems etc etc, that usually means something current. But with vvus you never know, these is the same company that made press releases without using a spell checker and I thought fat herb was bad. I am not sure they will tell us any more detail than what was mentioned in the 10Q since I do think these are recent developments which the shorts already knew before the filings, but it will answer some questions. Someone who is more bullish and polite should contact them, I think that definetely leaves me out, you too.. maybe Z or even ELane..
