Re the 10Q

I would say that the company is being negative in the report to help defend/discourage any future legal extortion known as "shareholders class action" suits.

If you look at the 10Q from a year ago they said the same thing about "limited experience in manufacturing" and had cautions that there "could be" an adverse effect. Now if they say there is an "adverse effect", and no adverse affect occurs in Q3 1998, will the shorts have a class action suit?

Also, I can tell you there was all sorts of screaming from this board back in January for a stock buyback by the company. Now that that buyback, in retrospect, seems to have been poor timing, I see "Monday Morning Quarterbacks crawling out of the woodwork to criticize management.

And you wonder why management doesn't put a lot of stock in what shareholders have to say?

Just an observation.
