Saw an interesting story in the Austin American Statesman this morning. A lady in California is refusing to pay her $75,000 in credit card bills that she ran up with online gambling activities. The lawsuit says she should not have to pay since it was an illegal activity and the credit card companies should not have been involved. The gist of the story was that if the credit card companies refuse to do business with online gambling entities then the industry will wither away. I am sure there will be many twists and turns, but this is an additional risk that should be identified and explored. tgs59
