RJR's $2.45 or so in earnings include goodwill amortization of $1.58/share. Thus cash earnings (from which you can pay dividends or the like) are more on the order of $4+. This is well in excess of the $2.05 dividend. Both MO and RN are cheap in my opinion given the lifting litigation haze.
