TSQD's ownership in DR has been declining steadily with each private placement they've done. Caveat Emptor on this one big time.

Oh yes. I know. TSQD controlled 37% of the DRIV OS down to 23% before the IPO and after the DRIV IPO it was 19%.

TSQD, by controlling the DRIV shares, can instantly get money for their operations. Seems to me the company cash reserves are flowing nicely. What will that $$$ be used for? Takeovers? Making the CEO rich? I wish I knew. I would say the prudent thing for them to do is buy ISP's as fast as they can. Well established ISP's.

I like that fact that TSQD is a company on its own, albeit any shares they control, is fairly priced @ $2.50,imo..

I realize it is a gamble, but to me the upside is there.
