I agree totally - and also wonder why we haven't seen a company share buyback as a like expression of confidence... <eom>

Jason,

No insider buys in July. It may be best to follow the exercising of options for starters. I would like to see less selling of exercised options by Eli and Malmed to at least indicate that they are optimistic that the stock price is going to rise.

Insiders already own a significant number of shares and get additional shares from compensation packages. It would be nice to see some of the other officers buying (Cindy or Joe Rizzi and the like).

Do not look for a stock buyback as management wishes to hoard cash for growth (and acquisitions?).

Thread,

There have been no insider sales since April. The last activity was an exercise of options by Auclair (25,000 shrs) and Rizzi's purchase of 30,000 shrs in May.

Any reason why an insider would exercise options without filing a form 144?
