Look at MM WIEN spread.
They (Wien) want to buy stock at .056 and sell at .3560. A .30 cent spread between their Bid and Ask.

Riley G

PS. it does appear that the MM's want to load up on cheap stock and sell it a a high profit.

The answer is 51% of the total shares would be needed for what you write about. The Transfer Agent would have the total outstanding share information for you.

StandFast, I agree. On the other hand, we know that Araldica is not going to communicate with any of us at this time outside of Matt's web site and press releases. Personally, I view Matt's site as an excellent means to communicate to all of us. All that is required is to be honest and keep it current. If a deal has fallen through, or is stalled, or if we've sold millions of dollars of product on the internet, "tell us".
I also think we should stop bashing our own company here. We're probably doing as much to scare potential investors away by condemning the company as the share price does. I'm not suggesting a white washing or any type of hype, it's just that we've all vented our frustrations and disgust and if we don't give it a rest things will continue to deteriorate before we see any improvement. I've already alienated some fellow shareholders in my quest for answers. Answers that I felt were due, but suspected would not be immediately answered.

Those of us who continue to hold AWLT shares will have to trust that Frank Landi by trying to build this company is looking out for all shareholder interests. As we cannot get an accurate share count from the transfer agent (it appears we're in transition between Liberty and the new firm in Salt Lake City) I see no reasonable reason why a shares accounting sheet with; authorized, issued, escrowed, held by insiders, etc CANNOT BE PUBLISHED ON OUR WEB PAGE. I'm sure you can pick 10 BB websites at random and all who have their acts together will have that information up front. With honest disclosure we should not revert to "conspiracy theories" and maybe we can develop some company shareholder trust.

Matt, this is an opportunity for Araldica management to demonstrate an understanding and respect for shareholder interest in the company and their need for information. Clearly, this is an invitation to try and make the most of something that seems to have gone very wrong and to try and get us all back on the same side.

Should anyone feel that I am totally out to lunch here please feel free to bash me on PM, not on the AWLT message board.

Thanks JOE
