I was watching the action from a vacation retreat so didnt have access to the net but sure was disappointed with how the share price reacted to such good reports. We are simply in a bear market for small and mid-cap stocks and I dont think it will improve until there is a capitulation in the few large caps that have been carrying the markets in general. Except for a few holdings I am in cash so I could easily see doubling up sometime before the merger date to lock in some of this spread. Besides share holder approval, it was mentioned some other items that needed closure. We have passed the anit-trust stuff so what was left? What else is a loose end at this point other than shareholder approval. Did you get any explanation of what these other items were? I think the reference was in the quarterly report. Thanks in advance.
