couple of questions:

1. Is $29.95 for Internet access in addition to you monthly cable subscription?
2. Do you have bidirectional internet connection or a phone dial up?
3. Do you have a local telephone service from Bel or Cablevision?

is the 29.95 in addition to your cable bill?
