I am not sure.. That is a good question, but as flux short term trader, I am really searching to learn and understand all the internals..

The PREM really puzzles me, and I dont think it is chance that the same thing keeps happening. Anything that repeats has importance and meaning.

If you arent interested in the topic that is cool, I am sure there are others, especially futures traders that might be.

If you want my long-shot guess, I think it is manipulation, say a triggered buy program settling afterwords. And if that is the case, to me it says that the market is soft underneith.

I am still just looking into it. But I really enjoy watching the correlative moves when PREM moves, then the market does. If it were timed correctly it may prove to be a powerful trading tool intra-day.

Again though, if it doesnt intrest you no biggie..
