Chad, go back and read #s 2932 and 2950, carefully. I'm not making any accusations. I'm suggesting a line of research into potential connections. If no further connections between Paul and the rest of the NPCT insiders are found with the Terry "N" crowd, then it probably is a case of false guilt from the single association of being the INCE attorney and the one that was left to hold the fort. In this case we should give Paul the benefit of te doubt, especially if he taken concrete steps to return NPCT shares to ther rghtfull owners. If there are more connections found however, than all NPCT shareholders deserve to know these past patterns and association so they can do some further DD of their own. At lease we will have given them fair warning. I honestly do not know how I can make my intent clearer. Scott
