Sante,

We're all a little impatient. Based on the offering period we should hear something within the next two weeks. There is nothing more to really talk about on the LOI. HST needs to have $1 million in financing and orders for it to be acted upon. Paul is meeting with his big guy tomorrow morning, so we might hear something sooner.

I'm just sitting now waiting to see it all develop. Ever wait and watch for pot of water to boil? :o)
