Scott - you made a valid point that some people don't want to seriously consider for fear that there may be some truth behind your suspicions. Paul, Gordon Sales, Allen Smith, Terry Neild, Lou Ross, and all the other guys who helped run INCE, ITCO and NSCT - National Scientific (different than NPCT)into the ground are intimately connected. The observations that you've made are right on target. Terry Neild and Gordon Sales have been dumping stock (NSCT).... like rats jumping from a sinking ship. Their ship had served its purpose, and now they are discarding it like so much use trash. The bottom line here is everyone involved with running all these interrelated companies are more concerned about share price and stock options, private placement raise ups, and how much of the company they own then in producing shareholder value by producing products and services that someone is willing to pay for.... This whole nightmare is one red herring event after another. Deflection, distraction, and misinformation with millions of dollars (PER YEAR)of private placement dollars squandered on worthless SG&A expenses. And not a single net profit dollar realized after several YEARS of trying.... By year end, if the SEC doesn't get called in to do a thorough investigation of all the associated entities that are discussed on this board I'll be very very surprised. That is assuming they aren't already doing so... as some rumors suggest.
