REGARDING SELLING OFF AFTER EARNINGS: Many companies (the best ones) sell off after earnings for a short time, then resume their climb and reach new highs...Lucent is the big exception right now, having gotten nailed by timing/market conditions.

Look at CISCO, however, it is doing fine considering it sold off a BIT and got stuck in the downdraft for a while, but now is back around $100.

Don't worry about DELL unless you can't wait a few weeks...of course unless you are worried about the global risks, which affect EVERY stock including dell, as we have seen lately. DELL SHINES!!!

P.S. TO THOSE STILL DEBATING THE SHORT TERM GAIN POTENTIAL OF DELL VS. COMPAQ, DON'T KID YOURSELVES...COMPAQ IS UP SHARPLY BECAUSE OF DELL AND HWP TODAY!!! I own CPQ too, but let's face it, Dell is nimble and quick and will be #1 SOON!

*****PPS Michael Dell will be on CNBC tomorrow AM*****
