Are you sure Bush never "boinked" anyone. Of course I don't know and he was never investigated, but I have heard references.
I any event, Chinton was not the first president to "boink" during office, though, he is the first to be investigate at a cost of probably over 100 million hard dollars after all cost and witness reembursement cost are paid.
I agree that fidility should carry more weight than it does. But "boinking" out of wedlock is still "Boinking" out of season and not to be condoned' What are we going to do about "boinking" by those hugh numbers of citizens "boinking" every day around the whole country, which very probably includeds many on this string, who also denied it or simply did't tell their spouses. Surely, it is more that simply condemning the president, isn't it?

I am encouraging everyone to contact their congressman and senators to let them know our feelings either way_ personally if he lied under oath and perjured himself as evidenced in Starrs report then the Congress must act as we pay them to do and uphold our Constitution and protect us from enemies foreign and domestic!! A start on his road to recovery would be to resign and promptly sooooo we can get on with the buissness of our great country!!!
