David,
Since the lawsuit is with OTC Stock Transfer, maybe your questions would be better answered by them. 1-801-485-5555.

Also regarding the financing news that everyone has been waiting for per the last press release, QTNT has obtained the $275k of the $1 million, but have not given details on the balance because they have no need for it at the present time. Taylor said they have all the financing they need to handle as many orders as they get as well as any past orders that need filled.

The lack of press is probably due to the fact that Noble House's contract is expiring this week and QTNT does not plan on renewing. They are currently interviewing other PR firms. From an investor point of view, I believe Noble House did a very bad job and am looking forward to better press management.

The financing that was done was accomplished through a 504-D.

Taylor also stated that their profit margins would be 38-48% depending on the model and how shipments were being made (quatities).

Just received a host of repsonses from my previous emails; here's one

Reasoning for stopping transfer with OTC:
We where experiencing problems with a previous officer of the company. We felt that it was in the best interest of OTC as well as ours, we are still in very good standings with OTC. We expect to be back with them after the law suit is resolved.
Outstanding shares approximately 8,500,000 with approx. 5,500,000 restricted. Any other questions please advise - Thanks Dave
