Here's what happened with RMIL.

1. Trading halt for ten days.
2. Zip. Nada. Toast.

The problem is in getting off the pink sheets. MM's look at SEC halted stocks as poison. Who wants to make a market in that?

Besides if they're all short, which they always are, they've got money in the bank.

I beleive they can extend it. I think Mark has to get the filings done. The SEC has no 10s to verify the current status of the company.

I think this will delay NHSA deal not kill IMHO.
